Digital Campaign Execution:

Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to COO/CEO.
Keep track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
Support Team & take charge of day to day execution of all Digital campaigns (running, managing Ads on multiple channels) to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
Support in identifying trends and insights, as well as up- to- date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients&039; marketing, business activities & our company&039;s development.

Media Planning:

Strategically develop digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief.

In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.
JOB REQUIREMENT

No experience requirements;
Able to work full- time for at least 4- 6 months (Must);
Fast learning & self- sufficient;
Have knowledge/experience in Digital marketing is a plus;
Have Optimism and positive energy;
Have a long- term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 year after completing the training.
Good at math/logical thinking is a plus;

Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin, Tik Tok, DSP,...;
Training about categories: FMCG, Banking, Ecommerce, Fintech, Classified, OTA, Beauty, Education,...;
Highly motivated in the working environment;
