Make all arrangements to airport for guests leaving and early morning.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Night arrivals to be brought to the concern hotel and taken them out by the airport in time for the transfer.
Take the guests to airport in time for their departure flight.
Inform all necessary information regarding the arrival of guests’ international flights and transfer movements to the resort.
Handle airline reservations of the guests and tickets.
Follow up on daily arrival and departure report and hotel movements if required.
Take the guests to the concern transfer party to arrange transfer to the resort as per the instruction of the resort.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are established and achieved.
Meet all the arrivals and departures.
Accompany the guests until they leave the resort.

Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms.
Excellent guest service mindset with a warm and welcoming attitude.
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting, Hospitality diploma/certificate a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Strong problem- solving skills, especially under time pressure or unexpected situations.
High level of emotional intelligence and patience.
Good at English.
Exceptional attention to detail.
