JOB DESCRIPTION
Client Communication: Communicate with clients through various channels to gather information, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive products to support the sales team in developing effective strategies.
Sales Collateral Development: Assist in the creation of sales presentations, proposals, and other collateral materials to enhance the sales process.
Assist in Sales Operations: Support the day- to- day operations of the sales team by organizing and maintaining sales records, generating reports, and managing documentation.
CRM Management: Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to maintain accurate and up- to- date client information, track sales activities, and generate reports.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
Order Processing: Collaborate with internal teams to process sales orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Key stakeholders: Design Department, Merchandise Department.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic and growing company.
A third- year/ final- year student, or recent graduate with less than 1 year of experience in the field of business, marketing, or a related field.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to commit to a full- time internship for a duration of at least 3- 4 months
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
