Update and manage the candidate database.
Screen CVs and conduct preliminary assessments of candidates based on company criteria.
Assist with tasks related to the recruitment process and onboarding of new employees.
Participate in direct or online interviews as needed.
Perform other administrative tasks as required by the supervisor.
Support scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and relevant departments.
Assist in posting job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.

Creative, flexible, willing and open to learn.
Detail- oriented, organized, proactive.
3rd/4th- year students or fresh graduates in Human Resources, Marketing, or related majors.
Good communication skills.
Have a Laptop
Knowledge of and able to use social media platforms, image & video editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop,...).

Internship support fee: 3,000,000 VND/month, free lunch, Shuttle bus.
Flexible working hours (Mon – Fri only), working location at Dist 7, HCMC.
