Responsible for the localization operation and strategy implementation of supply chain products in Vietnam market, including editing/translation of product localization training manuals, online/offline client/channel trainings;
Responsible for the localization of supply chain partners in Vietnam market, event organization and related work, responsible for follow- up work with merchants order and fulfilment progress, monitoring visit rate of supply chain partners, service effects and NPS result of Vietnamese clients;
Explore the demand of Vietnamese merchants, and promote the optimization and implementation of Vietnamese supply chain product solutions in combination with the attributes of the cross- border trade industry;
Responsible for monitoring the data of Vietnamese merchants and partners, cooperating with various business parties to promote partner operation activities, optimizing channel commission policies, activity effects and revenue margins, and working with GGS and Global Sells team to jointly promote the achievement of business goals;
Responsible for the docking of local service providers of Vietnamese supply chain products, cooperating with product teams, and implementing service provider assessment standards and Vietnamese SOP processes;
job requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, strong logical thinking and communication skills, with more than 5 years of experience in local business operation, experience in e- commerce channel operation is preferred, experience in foreign trade export is preferred;
Possess deep data insights and strategic thinking capabilities, be able to discover and solve problems from data, think and promote implementation with business goals as the guide;
Have good project management ability, control the project cycle and results, good channel resource coordination skills and organization, have strong business negotiation ability;
Interest with emerging Internet culture, familiar with local social media platforms such as FB, Youtube, Ins, Twitter, etc., have high sensitivity and understanding of Internet hotspots, trends, and popularity;
