Job Summary
CJ Foods Vietnam is looking for a highly motivated and detail- oriented Trade Marketing Activity Manager to join our team. This newly created position plays a critical role in planning and executing in- store visibility and display activities across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels. The role is responsible for ensuring brand presence at the point of sale, managing seasonal activation plans, proposing seasonal product opportunities from our portfolio, and acting as a bridge between the Marketing and Sales teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Create trade activation plans that align with channel specifics, category objectives, and seasonal events.
Develop and execute account- specific promotional activities, joint advertising, and co- branding opportunities.
Proactively propose seasonal product opportunities from the existing portfolio to support business objectives and maximize sales potential.
Ensure in- store excellence in execution, especially for new product launches and seasonal activations.
Evaluate trade activities and events to optimize investment and achieve the best ROI, while collecting and sharing best practices.
Partner with and support Key Account Managers in listing opportunities, novelty introductions, and joint trade co- ops with clients.
Build expertise as a channel specialist by leveraging shopper insights, market data, retailer stock & sell- out data, and identifying the biggest growth opportunities for each channel.
Develop and update channel strategies and category activation recommendations by identifying growth drivers, key category segments, and shopper triggers/barriers for different target groups.
Manage dedicated budget expenditure with efficiency and accountability.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, current promotions, and stock levels across points of sale.

Education & Professional Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Experiences:
Experience working across both MT and GT channels is highly desirable.
Professional Knowledge & Skills:
Strong collaboration skills to build connections across internal teams and external partners.
Ability to think critically, strategically, and creatively.
Creative, energetic, and proactive individual with strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong analytical and numerical skills – able to translate marketing initiatives into measurable performance outcomes.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
