Trade Marketing Analyst

Promotion Effectiveness Analysis
· Analyze results by region, product category, SKU, or customer segment within the GT channel.
· Assess the impact of trade promotions on sales volume, sell- through rates, and distribution coverage.
· Collect and consolidate data on sales, inventory, and promotional spending per campaign.
· Compare planned vs. actual performance: customer participation, actual spend, and sales uplift.
KPI Tracking and Reporting
· Track key metrics such as promotion ROI, sales growth rates, sell- in/sell- out data, and store activation numbers
· Develop and maintain periodic reports (weekly/monthly/quarterly) to monitor trade marketing performance
Cross- Functional Collaboration
· Provide analytical support to help Sales teams adjust strategies based on market data
· Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to ensure smooth and efficient execution of trade activities
Market Intelligence (GT- focused)
· Recommend adjustments to promotional plans based on field trends and market dynamics.
· Analyze shopper behavior in traditional trade environments
· Monitor competitor trade activities in the GT market (promotions, pricing, visibility).
Strategic Recommendations
· Based on data insights, recommend more effective trade programs tailored to different regions or customer segments · Proposing new promotion models that align with consumer behavior and purchasing patterns in the GT channel 6. Other tasks assigned by the line Manager

- Knowledge of FMCG distribution channels, trade marketing, and retail operations is highly
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Analysis, or a similar role
- Excellent communication and cross- functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of the General Trade channel and its market dynamics is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical skills, data- driven thinking, and the ability to interpret business metrics.
- Proficient in Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and data analysis tools.
