📌 Product Engineer (Fullstack)
🔹 Design, build, and own fullstack product features across the entire development lifecycle, from problem definition to production.
🔹 Analyze user and business needs, design product and technical solutions, and take full ownership of product quality, performance, and scalability.
📌 Mobile Engineer (React Native)
🔹 Build and scale high- performance React Native mobile applications for Base’s Business Super App, serving large- scale enterprise users at scale.
🔹 Collaborate with Product, Backend, and Data teams to deliver reliable, AI- enabled mobile experiences that support real business workflows.
We are looking for Engineers who:
🔹 Are final- year students or graduates from top universities in Computer Science / Information Technology in Vietnam or abroad.
🔹 Have ≤ 3 years of experience and are able to work full- time.
🔹 Possess a strong foundation in Algorithms, Data Structures, OOP, Web Development, etc.
🔹 Demonstrate logical thinking and strong problem- solving skills.
🔹 Are passionate about building products and aspire to own the entire product creation process.
🔹 Are eager to contribute to building product platforms that solve real- world management challenges, leading sustainable digital and AI transformation for businesses at scale.
🔹 Are highly motivated, growth- driven, and energized by meaningful, high- impact challenges.

🔹 Build large- scale products:
Work on products that directly impact tens of thousands of businesses, solving real digital transformation and AI challenges in day- to- day operations.
🔹 Work as a full- cycle Engineer:
Take part in the entire product lifecycle- from design and development to optimization and operation- with the highest level of ownership and responsibility for product quality.

Work Location: Hanoi Headquarters – 16th Floor, Tower A, HUD Tower, 37 Le Van Luong Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM; 1:30 PM – 6:00 PM.Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:00 PM.
