Mô tả công việc

This position will base in Can Tho and be in charge of surrounding provinces (An Giang, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau, Hau Giang, Kien Giang, Vinh Long)
Leading and motivating a sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets within Assigned Phar. chain, while fostering strong relationships with buyers, ensuring product visibility and availability, and adhering to company policies.
Leadership and Team Management:

Delegate tasks and territories effectively, considering team member strengths and weaknesses.
Monitor and implement sales strategies and plans in collaboration with the team, taking into account Buyer needs, product assortment, and promotional activities.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and knowledge sharing.
Motivate and coach team members to achieve individual and team sales goals specific to assigned territory.
Provide ongoing performance feedback and training to help team members develop their consulting skills and knowledge of the Phar. chain.

Sales Management in Phar. chain:

Collaborate with the merchandising team to secure optimal shelf space and product placement within stores.
Oversee promotional activities and campaigns targeted at Buyers, ensuring effective execution.
Manage and optimize product distribution to ensure stock availability at store.
Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities within the Phar. chain.
Develop sales forecasts specific to the Phar. chain.
Building Relationships and the assigned chain Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with MT buyers and key decision- makers at Buyers.
Act as a point of contact for Buyers, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.
Negotiate pricing, trade terms, and promotional allowances with Buyers, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities within the Phar. chain.

Additional Responsibilities:

Manage sales budgets and expenses specific to the Phar. chain.
Prepare sales reports and presentations focused on the Phar. chain performance.
Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives specializing in Phar. chain sales.
Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations within the Phar. chain context.

Overall, a sales team leader in the Phar. chain plays a crucial role in driving sales growth and channel profitability. They are responsible for leading a high- performing team, building strong partnerships with Buyers, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies within the Phar. chain

Yêu cầu công việc

Sales skills, receiving and handling customer feedback
Able to use Microsoft Office (Word/Excel), Mail
Training and team development skills
Graduated from at least intermediate/advanced pharmaceutical major
Experience: 2- 3 years of experience working in a similar position in the pharmaceutical industry, OTC/Cosmetics channel/ pharmacies chain such as Pharmacity, Long Chau, An Khang,...or supermarket chain/chain Convenience store/cosmetic store chain.
Dynamic, enthusiastic and hard- working
Have experience and skills in negotiating with people in charge of purchasing, import and export departments of chain pharmacies/chain supermarkets/convenience store chains, cosmetics store chains, etc. .
Good sales data analysis and evaluation skills
