Leadership and Team Management:

Foster a collaborative and high- performance work environment.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of digital marketing executives.
Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance evaluations.

Strategy Development:

Stay up- to- date with industry trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with Tapita’s business objectives.
Identify and target key market segments within the Shopify ecosystem.

Campaign Planning and Execution:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi- channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and influencer partnerships.
Utilize data- driven insights to refine and improve campaign performance.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.

Content and Brand Management:

Oversee the creation of engaging and high- quality content that resonates with our target audience.
Collaborate with the design and development teams to create compelling visuals and landing pages.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to track the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
Present regular reports to senior management, highlighting successes and opportunities.
Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for all digital marketing activities.

Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Creative thinker with a passion for staying ahead of digital marketing trends.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Female preferred
Strong understanding of the Shopify platform (or equivalent platforms) and e- commerce marketing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and analytics software.
