Controlling the implementation and application of human resources policies, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations of the Law.
Search, analyze and provide initiatives and solutions to improve human resources.
Implement human resource development strategies, find and retain right talents in different situations.
Proposing recruitment, appointment of new personnel / departments in line with modern business trends, increasing the competitiveness of the Company.
Participate in contributing initiatives to bring high performance to company.
Research and advise to build an organizational structure suitable to the requirements of each development stage.
Recruitment – 15%
Develop and supervise the recruitment process to hire the most qualified candidate for the vacancies.
Work with department managers to receive the demand of hiring and requirements
Review and approve the Job Advertisements prior to posting. Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment channels.
Compensation and Benefit – 10%
Monitor compensation- ensuring internal equity & compliance and benefits.
Asses the Company’s pay structure and support the Director with the Salary Review Process to ensure reasonable market- rate salary to employees.
Make sure the compensation and benefits programs are in line with overall estimated Human Resources budget.
Proposing measures to promote and encourage employees to work proactively and effectively through salary, bonus and welfare regimes, etc., in accordance with the actual situation with the Company&039;s regulations.
Administration – 20%
Provide administrative support to other Departments to ensure the smooth running of the Office.
Organize internal event, activities to enhance the strong relationship.
Work with external parties (Government authority, vendor, etc.)
Supervise all travel and hotel arrangements for staff and visitors, including visas and work permits as applicable.
Training and Development – 20%
Improve the performance of current employees and new hire.
Keep all HR related regulation, policies, code of conducts, and other materials up to date.
Develop and updating HR policies, procedures and employee handbook
Create annual training plan and propose respective budget.
Employee relations – 5%
Organizing engagements and connection activities in companies.
Building a healthy working environment and positive corporate culture
Helps prevent and resolve problems or disputes between employees
Create and maintain positive relationship between Company and employee.
