Role & Responsibilities
• You will work with the FC to continually improve and implement the human resources plan to manage remuneration, employee engagement, performance management, resourcing, talent management and development in line with evolving business needs, and compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Appraisals and Training: work with business leadership on regular employee appraisals to plan and arrange relevant and effective employee training and development.
• HR Administration: timely and accurate record keeping, reporting and filing of HR information, data and documentation, continually review and improve employee policies and procedures. Improve and streamline HR and payroll system and processes.
• Key responsibilities include assisting with recruitment, retention and development of talent, driving business efficiencies through the design, implementation and monitoring of HR performance reports, scorecards, KPIs and relevant performance metrics.
• New Hire/ Separation: manage new hire/departure process including new hire orientation, work permit applications, investigating and assisting with due process for disciplinary and employment termination actions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, conduct exit interviews.
• Provide sound HR and business advice, develop and manage HR budgets sensibly, while managing costs to agreed business objectives.
• A member of the Corporate Office team supporting the Business Units (“BUs”) of the Company, you will be assisting the Executive Committee and Financial Controller to ensure that the Company has the people, capabilities and culture to deliver its business plan.
• Payroll Administration: work with Finance function to ensure prompt and accurate payment to employees.
• Interact with all functions and departments of the Company, and contribute constructively towards development, operations, change management, and divestment proposals and plans for the businesses of the Company.
• The Human Resources Manager has primary responsibility for all aspects of Human Resources (“HR”) function and is accountable for developing, implementing, monitoring and improving HR systems, policies and procedures.
