Job Description
As a UIUX Designer, you will improve the user interfaces for our digital products, ensuring a great user experience. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Software developers to ensure that the digital User Interfaces are intuitive, aesthetically and aligned with client branding and service goals.
Responsibilities
● Presentation and organize the file in a structured and easy- to- understand to enhance development efficiency.
● Organize or customize Design System and Components using variables based on the Art Direction.
● Design UI/UX for Mobile App and Websites as per Korean clients’ requirements, based on Storyboard and Art Direction, to deliver the best user experience. Create Design Prototypes and Animations to enhance the product’s visual appeal.
● Work with Korean PMs to understand project requirements based on Storyboard, Brand identity, and desired style, and develop design concepts through moodboards.
● Ability to propose UI/UX improvements based on current designs.
● Perform Layout Testing to improve the product’s output quality.
● Ability to make Art Direction to define the foundation design for the project (Color, Typography, Spacing, Stroke, Corner, Effect, Illustration), reflecting the desired design style.
● Design App Screenshots and App Icons for mobile projects.
Your Skills and Experiences:
● At least 3~5 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally in the IT industry. Experience in Korean IT companies or similar international settings is a plus.
● Ability to organize and present UI features in an easy to understand. Knowledge in creating project document guidelines (Color, Typography, Spacing, Component, etc.) for Developers.
● High proficiency in UI design tools such as Figma, along with familiarity with supporting tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
● Basic understanding of the differences in behavior between Web, iOS apps, and Android apps.
● Knowledge building projects based on Atomic Design principles and using Design Systems.
● Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Bootstrap, and responsive web design is a plus.
● Ability to quickly understand project logic through Storyboards, and organize UI files based on the User flow model.
● Your portfolio should clearly illustrate your skills in layout, branding, and color usage. It should include examples of mobile and web applications where your design choices have significantly improved the user experience
● The ability to think creatively and resolve problems when faced with new challenges, utilizing a design thinking approach to drive innovation and improvement.
● Ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
● Experienced to create Prototypes or suggest animations based on library or tutorial. Knowledge in creating animations and motion graphics using After Effects and Lottie is a plus.
● Language: English (fluent is a plus).
