JOB DESCRIPTION1. Job Summary
The Business Development Manager/Director (Japanese native speaker) will be responsible for driving new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our headhunt/human resource outsourcing services. The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our client portfolio and driving revenue growth.
2. Responsibilities
Develop and implement business development strategies to attract new clients, focusing on Japanese clients, within the headhunt/human resource outsourcing domain.
Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and provide exceptional service delivery.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and client satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and their needs, and create tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Prepare and present reports to the management team on sales performance and market analysis.
Generate leads, cold call, and schedule meetings with key decision- makers to present our services and establish long- term partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and uncovering opportunities for additional services.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions, providing insights and recommendations to the management team.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
B. REQUIREMENTS
Strong sales track record, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Proven work experience as Business Development Manager/Director in any industry, preferable in the headhunt or human resource outsourcing industry.
Fluency in English is mandatory, with both verbal and written skills.
Excellent knowledge of headhunt/human resource outsourcing services and the recruitment industry.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, preferable in CRM software
Self- motivated and target- driven, with the ability to work independently and teamwork.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Languages or any related field.
Japanese native speaker.
Willingness to travel to client meetings and industry events
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, with excellent negotiation and presentation skills (especially using presentation software)
