JOB SUMMARY
The IT Support Intern will support to ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish organizational tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting and actively resolving end user help requests.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Providing day- to- day support for end user requests related to desktop/laptop software/hardware, Printer, and video conferencing...;
Prioritize and schedule problems. Escalate problems (when required) to the appropriately experienced technician.
Ensure end users satisfaction.
Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization.
Access software updates, drivers, knowledge bases, and frequently asked questions resources on the Internet to aid in problem resolution.
Provide support/ help desk to end users to ensure smoothly operation
Record, track, and document the help desk request problem- solving process.
Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
Perform hands- on fixes at the desktop level, including installing and upgrading software, and configuring systems and applications.
Solve problems on time to meet their needs
Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and work orders in a courteous manner.
REQUIREMENT
Confident written and verbal English skills.
Final year student of college/university in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Good communication (verbal & written) & customer- service skills.
Be able to work full- time in 6 months
Must have Student Confirmation/Letter of Internship Introduction from current university.
Able to learn quickly and adapt to changing technology.
Knowledge of basic computer hardware and software.
Experience with desktop operating systems including Windows 10,11.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of a range of diagnostic utilities.

Working time:
Monday to Friday (9h00- 18h00).
