[VINPEARL] Recruitment Executive (Chuyên viên Tuyển dụng)

Recruitment

Conduct recruitment activities (mass).
Responsible for interview and selection.
Assist in building and developing candidate database, functional tools.
Conduct promotion and advertisement activities to ensure that all recruitment requests are handled on time.
Work with consultant/headhunt services firm to post job or search right people.
Suggest for improvement of recruiting procedures.

Employer Branding

Promote company brand through social network channels: Linkedin, Fanpage, Facebook…….
Utilize and promote internal events as a part for employer branding.
Assist in building relationship with Universities/Organizations, join career events, organize workshops.

On- boarding and admin tasks

Do paper works and other tasks for new employees
Guide new employees to do orientation and company tour.

Other tasks are assigned by direct Recruitment Manager

Can- do attitude, mature and proactive
Interviewing and evaluation skill
Time management skill
English: Advanced
Bachelor degree of Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields
At least 1- 2 years experience in Recruitment
MS Office: good
Willing to have business trips.
Good at communication and negotiation skill
Strong in recruitment, searching and networking
Experience in hospitality recruitment is strongly preferred;
