To deliver Food and Beverage service of high standard and in accordance with departmental standards and procedures
To establish and maintains effective employee working relationships
To attend and participates in training sessions as scheduled
To attend and participates in daily briefings and other meetings as scheduled
Prepares for service
To communicate to his/her superior any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
To ensure to deliver effective Food service by following:
- Guests are greeted and seated
- Food orders are processed accurately
- Guests are conversed with in relation to the food and beverage products
- Daily specials are explained and upsold
- Trays and tray jacks are effectively used
- Working areas are cleaned and re- set quickly
- Used ashtrays are regularly cleaned
- Payment methods are handled accurately
- Food orders are taken quickly
- Bar is clean
• To ensure to deliver beverage service by following:
- Making and presenting cocktails
- Promoting and selling cocktails to guests
- Converse with Guests about wine, advising the types and styles of wine, taking wine orders and serving wine
- Beverages are upsold and regularly replenished, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
- Coffee and tea is served hot and in accordance with standard
• Be a friendly face and helping hand to our guests
• May assist with other duties as assigned by management
• Look smart – wear your uniform with pride
• To be responsible in keeping our property safe and secure, to participate in any hotel activity related to safety management
• Other ad- hoc duties – unexpected moments when we have to pull together to get a task done
• To ensure all stocks are in a correctly stored in accordance to hotel procedures
• To take appropriate action to resolve guest complaints
Yêu cầu công việc
Education: High School
Service years in the field :
Food service experience with general knowledge of restaurant operations preferred.
Knowledge and skills:
Having knowledge about food safety and hygiene
Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency
Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company
Language: Able to read and write English
