Warehouse Team Leader

Any other tasks assigned by supervisor/manager.
Conduct the monthly inventory checking with Finance and report to warehouse supervisor/manager.
Work with QC, Procurement, Production and other internal stakeholders to process the under/over delivery and material return to the vendors on a timely manner.
Ensure compliance to the SOP both physically and systematically in ERP.
Manage the daily receiving and shipping of the raw material to the production on time.
Check and make sure all the material are stored in a designated areas inside the warehouse.
Maintain the 6S inside the warehouses.
Conduct the daily inventory cycle count to ensure there’s no inventory discrepancy.
Report the daily material issue status to the warehouse supervisor for the on- time approval in ERP.
Control the material delivery based on the FIFO management.

Able to speak and write English, Chinese will be a plus
At least 3 years working in the warehouse environment, especially in the manufacturing company.
Able to use Microsoft Office, Excel and Power Point
Familiar with WMS, ERP
