[WFH] Business Development Manager

Language Talent Solutions is looking for qualified, talented, and dynamic candidates for the full- time position of Business Development Manager for the Vietnamese market:

Resposibilites:

Keeping updated with market growth, trends, competitors, and related service
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate solutions and follow up on sales orders, supporting customers
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with targeted clients
Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market to contribute to short- term, medium- term, long term growth
Report weekly/monthly/quarterly results to Line manager
Exploiting other services and doing cross- selling activities
Promote the company’s products/services address or predict clients’ objectives, deliver innovative solutions to customers
Arrange business meetings and make presentations and introduce the company’s services to potential clients
Direct business development activities including clients seeking and developing a robust pipeline of opportunities with potential clients
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law- established rules and guidelines

Have experience with Business Development (minimum 3 years), prefer experience in an HR agency/ HR firm
Problem- finding & solving skills
Able to work independently and in teams and can travel for business
Highly motivated and proactive person with good communication skills
Good at communication in English and Vietnamese
Communication and negotiation skills
