Xiaomi Stores Operation Manager

Responsible for the overall business health of all Xiaomi stores nationwide Generate, analyze and report internal and external retail data to draw actionable insights- these reports include store sales and operations, market share, market capacity, gift deployment, live demo unit deployment, etc
Conduct stock optimization analysis, planning and forecasting
Craft relevant local retail operations policies, aligned with company&039;s existing policies, to improve retail business operations Identify gaps in store operations and develop key operational processes
Collaborate with functional groups within the organization to mobilize resources and rollout plans and solutions to improve store performance
Lead, coach and empower high performing store operations team Timely track and report 100% compliance and productivity levels and re- address performance and come up solutions to improve the key metrics

Good at communication skills.
Required University graduate in Marketing, or business management; Proved working experience in retail marketing of mobile phone with extensive;
Strategic and analytical thinking on retail marketing for improve sales volume;
Understanding of tools to manage retail marketing performance;
More than 3 years’ work experience with telco customers preferred.
Excellent coordinate ability.
Innovative, well understand consumer interactive experience in different events;
Fluent English skills is a MUST
