Admin Executive, 6-month-contract (Food Testing Service)

Monitor and track the progress of the jobs by following up the technician/ inspector for samples and test/ inspection result.
Manage and arrange the schedule for technician implementation.
Liaise with customers/ technician on sample submission, Classify the samples + application form, confirm test parameters, prepare the necessary documents and pass to lab technician for testing.
Prepare test/ inspection reports to customers and manager as well as perform other related administration work
Follow the samples status from subcontract, invoicing & payment to sub contract
Take over the sales package (quote/contract signed, contract review) from sales people
Maintain and upkeep laboratory/ inspector records and documentations
Other duties relevant to this level assigned by manager
Interface/ Co- ordinate with customers, sales and technician to provide the services meets customer’s needs .

Back- Office work skills
Result and service- orientated individual who possesses initiative and good communication skills
Bachelor’s Degree with about 1 year of working experience in administrative role; Fresh- graduated is welcome
Knowledge of testing and ISO17025 is an advantage
A proactive team player but with the ability to work independently in challenging projected and timelines
English communication with B level or equivalent,
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry / Food or Microbiological Technology is a plus
