Job Description

Recruitment planning and directly working with Hiring Managers & Head of HR for weekly updating the vacancies;
Being in charge of full cycle of hiring process:

Guiding newcomers with orientation training and onboarding process;
Negotiating and confirming job offer;
Setting up and joining interviews to evaluate candidates’ capacities and get well- understood team’s requirements;
Drafting job descriptions and posting on recruiting channels & searching for suitable CVs;
Following the probation evaluation process;
Managing relevant paperwork of candidates and new staffs;
Keeping contact with candidates during recruitment process and for future reference; Ensuring good experience of candidates;

Weekly, quarterly and yearly reporting as required, analyzing and proposing to give solutions for improving recruitment performance;
Connecting with Universities, job fairs, career events,… to support talent acquisition & employer’s branding.
Building and extending the networking for potential candidates;

Job Requirements

Desire to work as a team with results driven approach.
Excellent in communication and negotiation skills;
Experienced in Digital Marketing, Digital Media or Creative advertising agencies;
Problem- solving, logical thinking, customer service mindset;
At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment;
Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools;
