___Roles & Responsibilities___
Have an in- depth understanding of business issues and clients&039; requirements to develop brands that address business requirements.
Regularly report the business results, and business performance to clients and related stakeholders in the agency.
Take part in a multi- functional team to develop and implement 360- degree communication plans. Develop client service process and enforce the process on regular basis.
Build a keen understanding and acquire knowledge of consumers, brands, businesses, and clients.
Continuously strengthen the relationship between Purpose with clients and business partners and enforce the agency’s culture and values.
Handle client service with excellence to ensure a smooth working process between Client and Agency and be compliant with the company’s and client’s policies, and deliver clients’ satisfaction.
___Candidate Profile___
We would like to hear from those who have solid account management skills and experience working with clients from multiple sectors from a business benefit perspective.
Professionalism, integrity & transparency.
Minimal 3+ years of working experience in marketing, advertising, or communications capacity, with experience in handling IMC & Social campaigns.
Embrace changes and challenges, able to handle pressure well.
You should be level- headed, dependable, and calm under pressure; should be capable of winning the respect and trust of clients and demonstrate leadership to manage creatives and suppliers.
A good account management skill that is built on a keen understanding of marketing, brand- building, and disciplines of Advertising, PR, Events, and Digital. Advertising/TVC/Social/Production experiences are preferred.
You should be a self- starter with a positive, “can do” attitude.
Appreciation for detail and follow- through, great multi- tasker.
Great with people, strong interpersonal skills, and a team player.
