Responsibilities
→ Business Management: Responsible for market promotion, nationwide retail store operations management, and online e- commerce platform operations. Build and optimize existing operational systems, identify key breakthroughs to enhance performance, and ensure business objectives are achieved.
→ Franchise Store Operations Management: Lead the team to support the franchise store system — from store opening to stable operations.
→ Marketing & Market Promotion: Collect industry and competitor information, analyze market demands and trends to provide data- driven support for company decisions. Oversee product planning, packaging, and launch management — including brand positioning, brand storytelling, new product positioning, selling point development, concept promotion, packaging development, and packaging design.
Provide guidance on daily store management, staff management, and store expansion. Solve operational issues and improve store compliance and performance rates.
→ Team Management & Development: Build a strong operations team, empower and train staff, and establish a sustainable talent development system.
Qualifications:
→ Education & Age: Bachelor’s degree or above.
→ Experience: At least 5–8 years of experience in retail store operations or marketing management. Candidates with experience managing a retail chain of over 50 stores (preferably in electronics, motorcycles, or FMCG Tech) are strongly preferred.
→ Professional Competence: Proficient in managing and operating both direct and franchise store systems.
Able to identify store needs and provide professional operational solutions.
→ Language Skills: Fluent in Business English.
Benefits:
Break Time: 90 minutes per day (12:00 PM – 1:30 PM).
Working Hours: Monday–Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM); Saturday morning (8:00 AM – 12:00 PM).
Office Location: Binh Tan, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
