RESPONSIBILITY
Client Management
● Lead meetings, presentations, proposals, and campaign reviews with clients.
● Be responsible for quarterly & yearly revenue delivery & overall satisfaction of assigned clients with Hiip.
● Understand client business goals and marketing needs to propose suitable influencer solutions.
● Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships.
Campaign Planning & Execution
● Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with influencers (KOLs/KOCs) based on campaign objectives.
● Oversee the full execution process: briefing influencers, reviewing content, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
● Collaborate with internal teams (Planning, Creative, Operations, Finance, Product & Technology) to develop detailed campaign plans including budget, timeline, KPIs, and creative direction.
● Hire & manage external staff to add services or increase values delivered to clients.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization
● Recommend timely optimizations to improve campaign outcomes.
● Deliver data- driven reports with actionable insights and key learnings.
● Track campaign performance using key metrics (e.g. reach, engagement, conversions, GMV, etc.).
Internal Collaboration & Team Management
● Ensure internal documentation, timelines, and workflows are followed efficiently.
● Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
● Guide and mentor junior team members (e.g. Account Executives or Trainees, Interns).
REQUIREMENT
● 2–4 years of experience in Account Management, Digital Marketing, or Influencer Marketing (agency experience preferred).
● Strong understanding of the Vietnamese digital landscape and social platforms.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
● Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English (written & spoken).
● Comfortable working in a fast- paced, client- facing environment.
● Excellent project management and multitasking skills.
