(Associate) Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst in the Financial Services, you will play a crucial role in analyzing and interpreting data to drive business insights and support decision- making processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders to gather requirements, perform data analysis, and generate reports to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the financial services industry.

Develop and maintain robust data models, dashboards, and reports.
Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to business growth and operational efficiency;
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data analysis needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements;

Excellent analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;
At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in the financial services, banking sector/ fintech product;
Experience with BI/analytics/statistics tools and languages (Google BigQuery, Data Studio, R, Python, etc.);
Results- oriented; able to deliver results under tight deadlines and pressure;
Solid understanding of banking operations, products, and regulatory requirements;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross- functional team members and explain findings clearly to internal team as well as stakeholders;
