Bartender (for VIP Lounge - Phục vụ khách hàng cao cấp)

Cut limes, oranges and pineapple for garnishes.
Clean all bottles and refrigerators daily.
Ensures smooth daily operation and cleanliness of his work area.
Flush out draft beer lines.
Prepares bar requisitions and internal transfers for approval by the Head Department
Replenish juices and mixes.
Clean out ashtrays.
Wipe down bar counter.
Prepare and serve drinks.
Assists the accounting staff during stocktaking i.e. setting up the bar to facilitate the inventory count.
Receives instructions from the Bar Supervisor on the various jobs to be carried out.

Required Skills:

• Alcohol awareness certification and/or food service permit or valid health/food handler card as required by local government agency.
• Able to read and write English
• Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
Qualifications:
• High School or Vocational Certificate in Hotel Management, Food & Beverage, or related field.
Experience:
• 1 year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of liquor brands, beer, wine, champagne, non- alcoholic beverages, designated glassware, preparation methods and garnishments preferred
