We&039;re seeking a Brand Creative Manager to join our Brand Creative team- the heart of Ninety Eight. Our team shapes the visual identity, tone, and feel of Ninety Eight&039;s brands globally, bridging the realms of Web3/blockchain technology and the culture it inspires. We&039;re seeking someone well- versed in these realms who has proven skills in conceptualizing and delivering branded content and campaigns for a global audience.
This position is a vital leadership role in our creative department. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing cutting- edge creative strategies that enhance our brand&039;s relevance, appeal, and clarity- spanning from internal communications to consumer- facing campaigns.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Creative Leadership:
Oversee the implementation of creative strategies to ensure comprehensive excellence throughout the entire process.
Develop and implement a comprehensive creative playbook for the team and company
Cultivate a vibrant creative community by introducing unique learning opportunities and sources of inspiration.
Offer expert guidance to Communications, Business Units, and Creative Direction teams, translating strategic needs into creative solutions and overseeing Brand Creative implementation.
Creative Impact:
Work with the CMO and design team to create the company&039;s brand identity. This includes developing the brand&039;s voice, core values, and overall strategy. These elements will guide both product development and marketing efforts.
Craft innovative concepts and strategies that meet project objectives while staying true to the brand&039;s core vision and values.
Direct variety of creative resources (agencies, freelancers, videographers, photographers etc) on creative execution to ensure holistic creative excellence.
Lead creative projects for the brand across different media types, such as print, digital, and video. Keep the brand&039;s look consistent while encouraging new ideas in all areas of communication.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align design goals with business objectives.
Team Management
Setting clear goals and expectations that align with company- wide goals.
Lead your team in delivering outstanding creative works, raise up bar in creative quality and ensure the works align with brand’s strategic objectives.
Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring seamless cross- functional communication and knowledge sharing.
Manage a multidisciplinary team of 30 designers specializing in visual, brand, and media communication design.
Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a key liaison between the design team and other departments such as marketing, product, and technology.
Have confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to variety of stakeholders.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Creative portfolio showcasing successful campaigns across different channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
8+ years of experience in creative management, preferably in tech or multimedia sectors.
Proven experience as a Creative Strategist, Creative Manager, or a similar role.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring creative teams.
Proficiency in multimedia creation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
Resilient and adaptable in a fast- paced start- up environment.
Nice to have:
Strong understanding of Web3 technologies and their applications.
