JOB DUTIES
Supervise a cross- functional team of graphic designers, copywriters, social media experts, photographers/ videographers, and project managers in the strategic development of messages and deliverables;
Produce sketches, storyboards rough to visualize ideas that tell a story about each communication as well as align with the concept/ big idea;
Create concept/ big ideas from the relevant insights for both the existing client campaigns and pitches that meet the strategic & business goals;
Consult Account team about ideas; More feeling with request & brand/client to have good & suitable ideas, design,…;
Review and approve art and copy developed by the team, ensuring deliverables that effectively address marketing goals and challenges;
Present, or oversee presentation of final concepts, and obtain approvals for deliverables.
Spearhead and manage content strategy for both small- scale and large- scale projects, harnessing strategy, digital and brand design, compelling content, and technology;
Conduct brainstorming sessions with creative team, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable creative initiatives in a fiscally responsible manner;
Analyze & Propose solutions to customers/ campaign/ project: Capture, advise, propose creative concept/ ideas, direction & design solutions suitable with client&039;s strategy/ plan/ campaign;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Priority to Creative & Innovation mindset;
Skills of 3D Design or leverage AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT,…) is a plus;
Knowledge of Marketing communication, Branding;
Good skills of planning, leadership and presentation;
Bachelor&039;s degree in Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field;
Ability to work under pressure, diligent, sociable, and eager to learn.
More than 3 years of experience in Creative field;
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe, etc;
Have a deep and broad knowledge of advertising campaigns worldwide;
Have good knowledge of culture, market, social trends;
