Business Consultan (BS Division)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Consultant to join our Service Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide expert advice, and implement effective solutions to drive growth and efficiency.

Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to clients and stakeholders.
Develop and implement strategic plans to help clients achieve their business objectives.
Provide expert advice on best practices in eCommerce and digital transformation.
Manage and oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, making adjustments as necessary.
Collect service fees from clients on time and manage billing processes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough business analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for improvement.
Pitch proposals to potential clients and secure new business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Proven experience as a Business Consultant or similar role, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in eCommerce and digital transformation.
Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast- paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
