Mô tả công việc

Qualifying: Being sharp and smart to question the prospect and convert them to a sales qualified lead.
Prospecting: Being an active hunter to aggressively find business opportunities through Email prospecting, LinkedIn approaching, Cold Calling, Customer Referral, Networks, Events, etc.
Presentation: Presenting the proposal to the prospect with support from Pre- Sales Team & Delivery.
Customer Success: Accompanying the customer to transform them to be Key/ Loyal Customers.
Closing: Using closing techniques to get the prospect on board to officially become a customer.
Developing: Coordinating with the Pre- Sales Team to consult solutions to the prospect.

Other responsibilities:

Reporting: Making weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reports (Savvycom is a data- driven organization).
Marketing: In collaboration with Marketing Team to develop and mass out marketing campaigns.

Yêu cầu công việc

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following skill set:
Essential:

Fluent in both spoken and written English (Advanced level) ( International Background is preferable).
Hard- working and self- accountable.
Good negotiation, good listening & questioning skills, time management, and problem- solving skills.
Excellent presentation & communication skills (ice- breaking, storytelling, and conversation maintenance).
Smart, aggressive, ambitious to conquer new challenges (Hungry to earn money).
At least 6 months experience in Sales (preferably B2B) with a proven track record.

Desirable (Good to have):

Experience working in Thailand market and/or fluent in Thai language.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related position.
Background in the IT industry.
Experience working/living in cross- culture, international environments.
