In this exciting and challenging role, you will work in our Marketing & Business Development Team, located in our Hanoi office as Business Development Executive.
Reporting to and working closely with the Partner, the Business Development Executive has two main roles within Acclime Services:
This role will help you take your career to the next level, and we will be there with you to guide you throughout your professional growth and ensure you reach your true potential.
Quality Control: Maintain quality standards by approving proposals, engagement letter and all documents which will release to clients, meeting with clients to understand their need and services that Acclime can provide, passing clients to the operational teams and take responsibility for the services.
Business Development: Developing strategies to ‘hunt’ for new business as per the company objectives. Working with potential clients to understand their needs and services that Acclime can provide.

Developing strategies to ‘hunt’ for new business as per the company objectives;
Focusing on small, medium and large client opportunities;
Analysing sales results from the team and recommend suitable strategies to ensure a positive performance for Acclime;
Able to communicate affectively between internal departments and clients;
Learning, understanding and embracing Acclime’s core solution portfolio;
Developing, training, motivating and managing staff effectively;
Managing client accounts;
Minimising business risk;
Ensuring a high level of client satisfaction, appearance and professionalism;
Travelling outside of Hanoi and Vietnam when required.

You have learned what a day in the life would be at Acclime. Now, let’s cover what you need to be successful in your new opportunity. These are some of the qualifications and requirements which will help you succeed, alongside your acquired abilities:
Candidates with Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration/ Accounting/ Finance or a related discipline. Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.
Minimum of 2 years of corporate working experience with similar responsibilities;
Able to demonstrate a track record in sales target achievement;
Have strong network of potential clients in Vietnam;
Manage and deliver a high level of client satisfaction (‘customer service’) into all client accounts;
Excellent communication and leadership skills are a must, as well as a keen attention to detail.
Ability to read, write and communicate well in Chinese.
Experience with foreign working culture;
Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
