Business Development Executive (Japanese - Remote)

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect potential businesses in Japan for partnership opportunities.
Build and maintain strong, long- term relationships with partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Engage with decision- makers through various channels to introduce our services and negotiate deals.
Track and manage all partnership activities, maintaining an accurate pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate the seamless onboarding and integration of new clients.

Highly motivated, results- oriented professional with a passion for sales and business development.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills in both Japanese and English.
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast- paced environment with changing priorities.

Qualifications:

Self- driven and adaptable, with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Proven track record in sales or business development, with the ability to meet and exceed targets.
Fluency in Japanese and good English skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1- 2 years of B2B sales experience.
