Business Development Manager

Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Leverage tools such as Hubspot, Outreach, Sales Navigator,... to build your book of business and up- level your sales ability
Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales campaigns and promotional activities.
Be mindful of your metrics and leveraging data to drive decision making
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts to senior management.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Actively outbound prospect (cold- calling and messaging) and qualify outbound leads and inquiries
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.

Proven track record of success in product sales for SMEs
A sense of curiosity: always looking for an opportunity to learn, grow and give/receive feedback
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or business development
Strong communication and ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and technologies to diverse audiences including C- level executives
Adaptability, coachability, high drive and sense of urgency- comfortable working within a fast- paced environment
University/College degree
Experience in eCommerce and merchant acquisition is highly desirable
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Extensive network in the travel industry is a significant advantage
