Business Development (New Clients)- 70%
Identify, approach, and acquire new clients in the e- commerce and digital commerce space.
Act as a solution consultant, understanding client needs and proposing suitable e- commerce, performance marketing, and digital solutions.
Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts aligned with client objectives and company capabilities.
Achieve assigned revenue targets and sales KPIs.
Own the end- to- end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closing.
Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with decision- makers.
Account Management (Existing Clients)- 30%
Develop a deep understanding of client business goals and recommend strategic, performance- driven solutions.
Coordinate with internal teams including Performance, Content, Creative, Operations, and Tech to ensure smooth project delivery.
Identify upselling and cross- selling opportunities to grow account value and long- term partnerships.
Manage a portfolio of existing clients as the main point of contact.
Monitor project timelines, service quality, and key deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & Coordination
Monitor project progress, timelines, and service quality in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
Flag risks, issues, or opportunities early and work with internal teams to resolve them effectively.
Coordinate closely with E- commerce Operations and Content Marketing teams to ensure smooth onboarding and delivery for in- service clients.
Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs and align expectations across teams.
Consolidate and deliver performance updates, progress reports, and business reviews to clients when required.
Position requirement:
Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus.
Results- driven, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast- paced, client- facing role.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Ability to coordinate cross- functionally with Operations, Content, Performance, and Tech teams.
Strong understanding of e- commerce platforms and digital marketing ecosystems (TikTok, Shopee, Meta, etc.).
3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management within a marketing agency or e- commerce solutions environment.
Proven track record in closing deals and managing revenue targets.
Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Commitment and Entitlement:
Full Gross salary for Insurance participation
Working time: Monday to Friday, 8:30 – 12:00 & 13:00 – 17:30
Probation: 2 months
Salary: Negotiable
