KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales Strategy Development:
Define sales targets and formulate plans to achieve those targets.
Develop and execute detailed sales strategies for the SMB market in the networking, camera, and CCTV product sectors, aligned with the company&039;s overall business objectives.
SMB Customer Management:
Establish and maintain relationships with existing SMB enterprise clients, continuously updating their needs and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Continuously explore and seek new customers in the SMB market and establish new relationships.
Consultation and Quoting:
Provide advice on TP- Link products and solutions, delivering tailored solutions to specific needs of SMB customers.
Prepare quotations and participate in contract negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction and secure agreements.
Sales Team Management:
Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets at both individual and team levels.
Provide guidance and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
Market and Competitive Research:
Monitor competitors&039; activities and propose competitive strategies.
Stay informed about market trends and SMB market needs.
Reporting and Performance Evaluation:
Other tasks as assigned by the BOD.
Track and report sales performance metrics, evaluate results and suggest improvements when necessary.
REQUIREMENTS:
Proven sales experience, preferably in the networking, camera, or CCTV product industry.
Strong digital marketing skills.
Having B2B vertical sales customer and experience is preferred
Leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide the sales team
Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data- driven decision- making.
4 years+ experience in related channels is required
Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross- functional teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
