Business Development Manager

This position requires experience casino marketing individual with customer database. All dealings with both external and internal customers must be efficient, effective and professional at all times. They must establish strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate / property objectives for products and services. Able to development Exceptional presentation and communication skills are required.
**Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute market business development
• Develop and execute International Marketing driven concepts
• Evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs
• Prepare marketing activity reports
• Develop and execute ITOs driven events
• Evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Develop and execute International Marketing driven events
• Other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate a willingness and ability to deliver quality guest service to external and internal guests that perpetuates Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc commitment towards quality guest service
• Execute marketing plans to achieve corporate / property objectives for products and services

• High level of attention to detail and ability to work with other levels of management
• Well- developed knowledge of security access control systems and principles
• Competent in the use of Microsoft software applications
• Experience with digital media and storage applications an advantage
• Experience in managing employee database
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales/Marketing and 3 years of experience for the Business Development Manager. Casino background preferred.
• Proven success in Casino marketing, advertising, database marketing, promotions and special events
• Demonstrated management, leadership and teamwork
• Must be fluent in Vietnamese & English or Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Working base in Corona Resort & Casino Phu Quoc.
