Mô tả công việc

Understand client’s needs and customize solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Regularly update clients on new services and features to strengthen partnerships.
Develop and execute business strategies in collaboration with the Board of Directors to achieve company goals.
Consult and present the company’s technology solutions, covering Digital Health, MedTech, product development, manufacturing, and post- public product maintenance.
Managed and maintained long- term client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering the growth of new projects.
Identify, approach, and establish relationships with potential clients in international markets, especially in the US, through online research, networking events, and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and demands in Digital Health and MedTech to identify growth opportunities.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and delivering exceptional customer service.

Yêu cầu công việc

Fluency in English with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
A consultative approach to business development focused on delivering results.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in IT Sales, Business Development, or similar roles, with a strong focus on IT Outsourcing.
Passionate about and knowledgeable in Digital Health, MedTech, and wearable medical devices.
Proven success in managing large- scale outsourcing projects and securing clients from US markets.
Excellent leadership, team collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong expertise in lead generation, client relationship management, and solution- based selling.
