YOUR MAIN DUTIES:
Participate in conferences, trade shows, and networking events to acquire new accounts and expand professional connections
Foster long- term relationships with clients and assist them in growing their business by leverage AdStart Media’s services and solutions
Track performance metrics and generate regular reports for internal and external use
Create business presentations and proposals that showcase potential business growth opportunities and improve affiliate marketing strategies for prospective clients
Conduct analysis of market trends, competitor actions, and industry advancements to identify avenues of growth and open up new verticals
Analyze available data to gain insights into success, areas for improvement of client accounts and share with team members to improve and manage portfolios of accounts accordingly
Develop a robust pipeline of new opportunities and effectively response to the needs of our team and affiliates
Play a pivotal role in expanding our network by developing and implementing strategies to attract and onboard new members
Identify and pursue new business opportunities that will drive sales activities to meet KPIs in a manner that increase AdStart Media awareness and revenue generation
Collaborate closely with our Head of Business Development to engage in prospecting, identifying potential advertisers, conducting outreach, and managing all stages of the sales cycle
Negotiate and manage agreements that result in mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved
YOUR ATTRIBUTES:
Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business models
English proficiency is a must
Ability to manage, grow & coach internal junior team members
Ability to analyze data, performance metrics and market research to monitor and evaluate the success of business development efforts, make regular reports and informed decisions
Sharp negotiation skills and sales techniques
Proficiency in MS Office and proven experience in CRM software
Self- motivated, high energy and positive outlook with a passion for sales and closing deals
Generally prefer 3- 5 years of related experience with proven track record in business development, sales and affiliate marketing
Clear written and verbal communication skills
