Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
Identify and capitalize on global opportunities, partnerships, and market trends.
Collaborate with the executive team to align sector strategies with the overall mission and vision of MRS Group.
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the assigned sector (Steel, Agriculture, or Technology) to achieve business goals and drive sustainable growth.
Business Development
Drive revenue growth through the development of new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
Build and expand relationships with global partners, customers, and stakeholders.
Explore innovative business models and solutions to address challenges in the sector&039;s supply chain.
Operations Management
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
Lead cross- functional teams to execute strategic initiatives effectively.
Oversee the operational scope of your sector, ensuring efficient processes and high- performance standards.
Training and Development
Mentor and develop team members to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
