[CIS] IT Team Leader

Helpdesk Support:Manage the school helpdesk, providing timely and effective support to end- users.Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, escalating when necessary.Develop and maintain a knowledge base to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
Software Deployment:Guide clients through the planning, execution, and adoption of software solutions to enhance their business operations.
Training and Documentation:Develop and conduct training programs for end- users on relevant IT tools and systems.Create and maintain documentation for IT processes, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Infrastructure and Network Management:Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of hardware and software systems.Monitor and optimize network performance to ensure a reliable and secure IT environment.Collaborate with vendors and service providers to procure necessary IT equipment and services.
Team Leadership:Provide effective leadership to the IT team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Conduct regular team meetings, set objectives, and monitor progress towards goals.Foster professional development and skill enhancement within the team.
Budget Management:Contribute to the development of the IT budget and ensure cost- effective use of resources.Monitor expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of school information systems and data management best practices.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure and networks.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Proven experience in a leadership role within an IT environment, preferably in an educational setting.
Excellent problem- solving and communication skills.
Certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, or relevant vendor certifications are a plus.
Familiarity with helpdesk support processes and tools.
