Corporate Sales/ Senior Business Development Officer

This position is expected to successfully develop new client portfolio in commercial risks department and enhancement of existing coverage to ensure the achievement of the personal sales target and contribute to achievement of the team’s annual revenue targets.
Responsibilities

Conduct a various way of generating and qualifying leads and prospects
Deploy the entire sales process from approaching until securing clients to ensure the achievement of new sales target
Other tasks assigned by HOD
Develop and maintain knowledge of products and services offered by Willis Towers Watson.
Actively identify opportunities to work with colleagues to maximize cross selling opportunities
Ensure ongoing compliance with Willis Towers Watson guidelines and procedures.
Support in negotiation with insurers to get the best offers
Verify all contractual documents prior to binding the contract with clients
Plan and develop new business ideas
Prepare technical proposal and placement for assigned clients
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects including research, initiation of contact, meetings, responding to RFPs, new business presentations, accurately maintaining Willis Towers Watson CRM.

Qualifications

Experience in generating new business from scratch.
Prefer proven sales experience in the non- insurance industry (P&C, marine insurance products, etc)
Good problem solving, time- management & negotiation skills
Be able to work under high pressure
A “Hunter” mentality with at least from 5- 10 years experience at similar role either in client management or business development in B2B industry
Excellent consultative selling skill
Fluent in English
High integrity, good communication& presentation skills
Client- oriented, innovative and critical sense
