Customer Service Executive

- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales and production team to process the orders to make sure the orders will be delivered carefully, enough quantity, and good quality for customers
- Other tasks will be assigned by Line Manager from time to time
- Manage shippers well and monitor their performance and the quality of photo taken at customer sites
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Take the extra mile to engage customers to upsell
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits

- Good at MS Excel, Word, and other popular office software…
- Bachelor&039;s degree/Associates degree in English, Business or related field preferred
- Have at least 2 years of experience as similar position
- Ability to do multitasks to communicate with multiple customers at one time
- Good at communication both in Vietnamese and English
- Patience to be able to stay calm in intense and stressful situations
- Customer- centric attitude
