Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

Monitor and receive customer information through various sales channels such as Hotline/Zalo/FB/IG/E- commerce platforms, etc.
Provide care, consultation, and support to customers encountering issues with travel SIM & eSIM products, including both Vietnamese and international customers.
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints quickly according to the company’s support policies.

Requirements:

Dynamic, sharp, fluent, and flexible in communication.
Ability to communicate in English.
Flexible working hours, 8- hour shifts, 40 hours per week, rotating 24/7 shifts.
On- site work at Gohub’s office (located near Tan Son Nhat Airport).
High sense of responsibility, good attitude, straightforward, quick, and careful in work.
Freshers without experience will be trained by the company.
Quickly resolve customer inquiries and complaints according to the company’s support policies.
Experience in handling complaints, persuading customers, and customer care is an advantage.
