Customer Service Officer

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Demonstrate good telephone etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers.
- Report to Manager every week about status of all clients.
- Provide quality customer service in accordance to set KPIs and service standards.
- Accept bookings & orders placed by customers.
- Follow- up on complex cases to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep up to date with the latest product, marketing and service information for the delivery of service to customers.
- Provide customers feedback for continuous improvements.
- Listen, probe and question in order to clarify and understand customers’ needs.
- Understand SOP (standard operating procedure) of Air and Sea document handling.

Good Korean communication is preferable
Good knowledge of Korean market is preferable
Experienced in relevant position in 1- 2 years.
Customer oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills.
Highly adaptable to a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Decisive and able to analyze/resolve complex problems for customers.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work under pressure and handle high volume of work.
Diploma/degree in any fields.
