Data Analyst

JOB PURPOSE
Handle management reporting, KPI, delivery report & submit to Manager on time with high quality RESPONSABILITIES

Establish safety inventory.
Worked closely with relating internal departments: ASC, DC, IT, Supply team, Accounting, Store...to address all issues regarding discrepancies and errors in the supply chain process then furnish solution of these issue.
Checked and monitored the inventory movement (Import – Export);
Finish all urgent jobs that are assigned by the manager.
Performed analysis based on database in ERP System to monitor staff in terms of delivery, KPI and other issues relating to DC to increase operational efficiency.
Monitored performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance.
Monitoring inventory levels and adjusting ensure that supply levels are adequate but not excessive.
Gathered and interpreted complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve DC process.
Follow the Selling and Promotion quantity for each store.

REQUIREMENTS

SAP knowledge would be highly regarded.
Advanced Excel skills are a must.
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position, prefer candidate has experience in Retail industry.
Experience in SAP FI / CO/ BI module
Demonstrated ability to mix professionally and build effective relationships at all levels internally and externally.
Able to provide insight and quickly identify a way forward when presented with issues.
