Data Analyst (HCM)

Data Analysis and Reporting (60%)
● Design, develop reports and dashboards that meet the needs of our stakeholders
● Work with business departments within the organization to identify and understand their data needs
● Conduct data analysis to identify trends and insights that can be used to improve our business operations
● Optimize current operation dashboards system
Data Governance and Management (30%)
● Develop and maintain database, data models, data dictionaries, and other documentation related to data mart
● Develop and implement database backup and recovery strategies to ensure data reliability and minimize downtime
● Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to ensure the security and integrity of our data
● Monitor database performance, conduct regular performance tuning, and optimize queries for maximum efficiency
Research and development (10%)
● Stay up- to- date with industry trends and best practices related to data management and analysis
***Company main business applications: ERP (SAP B1), CRM, HRM, WORKPLACE, BI, MES

● Experience with data visualization tools such as SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Excel.
● Knowledge of data management principles and best practices
● At least 1 year of experience in data analysis or related field
● Effective communication skills & logical thinking
● Experience with extracting data and transforming (ETL)
● Can communicate by English
*Preferred qualifications
● Understanding of cloud- based data management solutions such as AWS or Azure
● Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R
● Experience in the feed- farm- food industry or related industry
● Experience with data modeling and database design
● Experience with ETL tools
