About the Role:
We are looking for a detail- oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to help inform business decisions. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to develop data- driven insights, build dashboards, and identify trends that improve performance and strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Present insights and recommendations to management to support business decision- making.
- Work with engineering teams to enhance data collection and storage procedures.
- Analyze data using statistical techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting systems.
- Automate data processes and improve data pipelines where possible.
- Develop and maintain reports and interactive dashboards using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (1–3 years for junior, 3+ for mid- level/senior).
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
- Strong problem- solving and communication skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
- Knowledge of data modeling, statistical methods, and business analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
