Design Engineering Manager

INTRODUCTION
Mi-Jack Viet Nam is belonging to LANCO group of companies , Head Office in Chicago-USA.
We are an EOM, Manufacturing various Lifting equipment Port Cranes; All Terrain Fork Trucks; All Terrain Deck Cranes.
Due to the expansion in our operator in VietNam we are setting up a Design office located in Ho Chi Minh City.
DESCRIPTION
- Ensuring and verify technician compliance of products with specification; code; standards
- Take Responsibility in working across global engineering team to build up the local engineering team to develop the new range of product.
- Generating and/or review technical procurement specification, Parts and document suit.
- In this role, you will be responsible for Co-ordinating with the Engineering team in US an distribute the design and development of lifting products; solution and systems for Vietnam Engineer team.
ESSENTIAL
- Be conscientious, flexible, versatile, and determined. Capable of assertive and positive communication and performance.
- Be fluent in English, strong written and verbal communicator; team, customer and business.
- Have Degree in Mechanical qualified in US with relevant work experience.
- Be able to collaborate seamlessly across boundaries and internationally cultures.
- Be self-motivated and able to work both individually and as part of a team
- Have strong technical problem solving, be resilient & persistence under all circumstances.

. Have demonstrated sufficient depth of industrial experience of which some should be in directly related engineering design.
- Have experience in 3d Inventor and or Solidworks.
- Be proficient in design, analysis; management and documentation software
- Have experience developing detailed design documentation and BOM .
