Mô tả công việc

Job Description

Operate full- stack marketing activities for SotaTek’s educational services & products.
Set up, manage, and track ads across online platforms including Facebook, Google (Google Display and Google Search), and other Ad Networks.
Build and maintain marketing campaigns and an in- depth tracking system for all assigned products and marketing campaigns across platforms such as Digital Ads, Email, PR, Influencer Marketing, and more.
Create compelling advertising content across all Digital channels, tailored for different audience segments.
Generate creative concepts and visual ideas for marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and target audience preferences.
Research and stay updated on online market trends, monitor competitors&039; online marketing activities, and propose strategic action plans accordingly.
Use and manage marketing tools and software to support campaign execution and tracking.
Participate in offline marketing activities (such as events) when necessary to enhance brand visibility.
Track KPIs of digital campaigns, analyze performance metrics using tracking indicators, and provide insights to adjust and optimize marketing campaigns.

Compensation & Benefits

01 day remote work per month; A flexitime allowance of 90- 180 minutes per month for employees

Requirements

Proven expertise in managing digital ads on Facebook and Google platforms.
Self- driven and capable of managing tasks and goals independently, taking on responsibilities similar to a managerial role.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, English, or a related field.
Analytical skills to break down complex problems and generate creative, actionable solutions.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Familiarity with student, graduate, and professional communities, and the ability to engage these groups effectively.
Ability to independently find and implement software tools that enhance marketing processes.
More than 3 years of experience in marketing, particularly within companies related to education and training.
Experience in building tracking systems using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Buzzmetrics.
